Healthy Chicken and Artichoke Salad

Healthy Chicken and Artichoke Salad

Canned Artichokes
Fresh Spinach
Tomatoes
Red Onion
Chicken breasts (1/2 to 1/person)
Lemon to garnish

1. Season the chicken breast and cook in a pan on a medium heat.
2. Cut all the vegetables and add to a bowl. Add your favorite vinaigrette and toss.
3. Serve the chicken with the salad.
