Vegetarian Wednesday - Oven baked Vegetables with Garlic
20 spears of Asparagus
20 baby bell Peppers
3 tablespoons extra virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves of Garlic (minced)
Salt and Pepper
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Rinse vegetables; remove the stem from the
asparagus.
3. In a bowl: toss vegetables with oil, garlic,
salt and pepper.
4. Place the vegetables on a baking sheet. Bake
for 20 to 25 minutes.
5. Serve!
