Healthy Sugar Free Brownies
1 cup Almond flour
2 Eggs
2 Egg Whites
1 cup sugar free Chocolate Chips (melted)
3 tablespoon unsweetened Cocoa powder
2 tablespoons natural Peanut butter
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/3 cup Water
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
1/4 cup Sweetener of your choice
**Powdered Sugar (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Melt the chocolate chips.
3. Whisk eggs, egg whites, water, vanilla extract and peanut butter together.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the "wet mix": almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, melted chocolate and sweetener and mix well.
5. Pour it into an oven dish and bake it for 20min.
6. Enjoy!
